I drove down to the southside and bought 2 boxes of Ketogenics Pancake and Waffle mix. Made a pancake for myself this morning, and decided they are just not for me. It's not that they taste bad, but I'm realizing I would rather stick with regular foods and just give up the dressings, syrups, pancakes, sweets etc. instead of trying to find allowable substitutes.

If anyone would like 2 boxes (minus 1 serving!) of this mix, please PM me, and you can come pick it up at my house anytime. I may be able to leave it at the Christy Corner office too. They retail for $5.99 each, and I'm happy to give them to someone who might want them.
