i know that things like soy sauce, lime juice, peanut oil or canola, shrimp (or chicken), bean sprouts, garlic, chilis are in pad thai.... but i'm not much of a creative cooker...

i'm thinking becel spray, lime, garlic, chili pepper......?
does anyone have a pad thai-ish recipe??

Well, the thickening of the sauce can be done with xanthan gum.  The hardest part to pull off will be the peanut flavor.

You may be able to substitute a bit with the Walden Asian dressing ???
