My co-worker was eating a Reuben sandwich one day that was making me drool like crazy!  

That night I went home and concocted my own!

3 1/2 oz chicken sliced ( I like to put Franks Red Hot on mine when I cook it)
1 tbs approved mustard
2 pieces approved bread
becel spray
2 oz sauerkraut

Cook chicken throughly and then dash with hot sauce to create a coating (or leave off if you dont like it hot)
spread mustard on bread and place chicken on top
fry the sauerkraut in the same pan to make it a nice one dish meal.
Place sauerkraut on top of chicken and then spray outside of bread with becel and grill.

MMMMM if this dosent cure any craving I dont know what would!

Yeild:
2 servings bread
1 miscellanious
1 protein
1/4 vegetable

mmmmmmmmmm...i know what I'm having in 4 hours! I just had a protein!!...this sounds soooo good!

Any kind of sauerkraut??? I thought I saw in my food list something about sugar free kraut??  I will go and look.
