This is a variation to a favourite mushroom recipe, made with 'allowed' ingredients ...

INGREDIENTS:

1 (8 oz.) package of House Tofu Shirataki Noodle Shape (see pic)
4 large Portobello mushrooms, rinsed and dried
1 tbsp. garlic (minced)
200g cup slivered red, yellow and green peppers
65g cup bean sprouts
2 tbsp. Kikoman light soy sauce

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare noodles according to package directions below. Cut in 3-4" lengths.

In non-stick skillet, toss noodles over medium-high heat until dry.

Add peppers, cook 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce. Keep warm.

Brush both sides of mushrooms with minced garlic. Place on the GF for about 3 - 4 minutes.

Arrange mushrooms on individual plates. Place noodle mixture on top. Glaze with extra soy sauce if desired.

Serve warm as an accompaniment to grilled meat.

Yields: 2 servings of veggies, 2 Misc:Garnish,
          2 Misc:Seasoning
