I had been able to find Allegro cheese by the slices at Superstore but at the last "Calgary get together" Trish mentioned you could find Allegro cheese by the block at the Springbank Cheese Company (14st and 20 Ave NW)

Trish,  wanted to thank you for this tip and share it with anyone else in Calgary.

I find the Herb and Spice flavour is Awesome and makes the best little pizza's.  

Once again,  thanks for such a great tip.

I buy the one with the hot peppers in it and it is really good as well !
