Well we had one get together at the end of November and it looks as though December was missed...  Is anyone interested in getting together in January??

I would be interested in this, if there is any interest. Even if I could talk to someone who is or has been on the diet to find out where to buy stuff. And the encouragement is great from others. So if there is any Edmonton or Sherwood Park people out there nice enough to help me that would be great. I would do the same for anyone when I find out where to go and shop for the stuff on our lists.

Hey daynesmum..  I'm in Sherwood Park too!  I'd be very interested in getting together.
