Hello,
Well, I've not been a big seafood fan, but am willing to try some new things. AND I really miss going out for dinner with my husband on Friday nights. So, last night, we bought live lobster and steamed it along with red peppers, portabello mushrooms, bean sprouts and zuchinni, fresh squeezed lemon and fresh ground pepper. It was simply delicious and decadent. A one pound lobster yields about 4-5 oz of meat - more than enough for a meal and any left over lobster tastes great in a seafood omelet the next day for breakfast. I know for certain that eating out would have cost twice as much for burgers and fries in the old days . . .
