Hello Everyone!

I have had a bit of a slow month in regards to weight loss and I was wondering if any else has experienced this.  I have been in Ketosis the entire time and the good thing is I was down a bit each week around 1.5 to 2 pounds but that was it for 4 weeks straight.  This week was a bit better...  thank fully.  I know we should get so tied up about the pounds but that is why I am on this program.

I did however lose quite a few inches off my waist and hips in this month so that is great.  In one month's time it was 3 inches off my waist and 2 off my hips.  I am pretty pleased with that for sure so of course I am still going strong (so to speak)

Anyone else go through this type of period of time?

Thank you

Corinne

I am also finding that although my loss has slowed down in terms of lbs. lost, I am indeed still losing inches.

I am loosing alot of inches... i keep track at home as well. When I am feeling like the lbs. have lessened I measure and feel great about things again!

I seem to be losing inches instead of pounds? I used to be a size 20 plus size pants but now I am a size 14 and in the regular stores. I was so confused this weekend after walking into Ricky's clothing and asking for their 18's and then their 16's and finally they said you need a 14. Weird part is the I am 18 or XXL in tops from that store. Well I guess that isn't weird, I am very top heavy (if you know what I mean).
I have lost an okay amount of weight but I am down 17 inches off my waist and 8 inches off my hips. Looks like I hold my weight in my stomach ??? .
I guess I have to believe that inches are as good or better than weight. But I still can't believe that my pants are that size especially considering my weight ??? . I still would love to see the big weight lose though.
I hope that my issues compare to yours and you can see that you are not alone. I sure am happy that this forum is here so that I can see that I am not the only one going through some of these issues.
Thanks for sharing your struggles and listening to mine.
