I have been incorporating exercise into my new lifestyle and I was wondering what everyone else is doing?  Up until a couple of weeks ago I wasn't doing much but have started on my bike for 30 minutes.  I kind of like getting the extra protein as well.  I have noticed that I am feeling a bit tired and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this as they started up with exercising on a regular basis.  The doctor at the clinic wants me to take another 1/2 tablet of the potassium each day to help with that.  

Any help would be a appreciated.

Hi Corrine ... I've started doing some toning exercises for my arms and pecs (I've gone down one and a half cup sizes and am pretty devastated about it, so I am trying to add muscle above to try to make up for it) and some sit-ups / crunches.  That first day, I was famished!  I had a protein bar which helped.  I've been keeping up the 15 minute routine, but fortunately, the hunger has subsided.  The doctor said for me to stay at 2 proteins a day.  I also do yoga twice to three times a week and I take 3 potassium pills, twice a day.
