Nachos & Dip

1 Tbsp approved Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp approved Fat Free Mayo
2 Tbsp approved Salsa

Mix cream cheese with mayo, spread on a plate ... not a whole lot to spread but it works.

Top the spread with the Salsa.

Top that with chopped up green, red, yellow pepper, green onions and chopped tomatoes.

Line the plate with allowable portion of thincrisp crackers.

Enjoy!

Yield: 3 Miscellaneous:Garnish*, Variable Bread (depends on which crackers and how many)

*Note: Strictly speaking, if you are on 2 portions a day, you could not eat the whole recipe as it would put you over your "garnishes" for the day.
